RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


Can I Exchange My Items?

At Evershift, we are committed to delivering quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Products purchased from Evershift are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:
The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item does not match the original product specifications or differs from what was ordered.
To initiate a request, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team via email or phone. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure a fair resolution.
For defective or damaged items, a replacement will be issued. You may be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the issue within 4 days of delivery before the claim can be processed.


Non-Eligible Exchange Conditions

Certain situations may not qualify for exchange:
Requests made after the 7-day window.
Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Products that have been tampered with.
Missing original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories.
Fragrances and undergarments (unless received damaged).
Items purchased during sale can only be exchanged for the same product (subject to availability).
Please note, Evershift does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

How to Exchange an Item

To exchange your product:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
Ship it to our warehouse via any reliable courier service of your choice.
Once received and inspected, your exchange request will be processed promptly.
A standard PKR 250 delivery fee will be charged as Cash on Delivery (COD) for dispatching the exchanged item.
