Shipping Policy


WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Your order can be delivered to any preferred location, including your home, workplace, or a designated address. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?


At Evershift, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days
During Sales/Peak Periods: 7–10 working days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note:
Delivery timelines may be affected during high-demand periods or due to verification processes.
Online payments are subject to security checks before order processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be collected at your shipping address.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Kindly check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is applied to orders below PKR 3000.
Orders above this amount may qualify for free delivery (if applicable).
WHICH COURIER SERVICE WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
We partner with trusted courier services across Pakistan. The courier selection depends on your delivery location and shipment type.
You will receive complete courier and tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.


WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
The courier will attempt to contact you for confirmation.
Your order will be re-attempted up to two times.
If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
